"no one seems to really want to listen"

About: University Hospital Wishaw

(as a relative),

Partner took bi-polar eight months ago. It seems they don't have much of a clue how to treat it. has been admitted to the hospital four times and sent home each time the same way. no one seems to know how to lift his mood. they give him tablets that don't seem to work and tell him to go with the flow. no one seems to really want to listen to me or him. feel let down and disgusted with the whole set up.
