I would just like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff on ward 25 for looking after my family they provided a great deal of comfort for us in my fathers final hours. I can't thank them all enough, one member of staff and their team were amazing.
On behalf of my father who sadly passed away on 07/07/2016

Thank you for taking the time to feedback. Please accept our deepest condolences for your loss on behalf of everybody at QE Gateshead.
It’s always very heartening when families take the time to let us know when we’ve provided such a good service, particularly during such a sensitive time. We will, of course, share this with the team on Ward 25 who will really appreciate such kind words.
