What I liked

all my appointments so far have been running on time (antenatal)

Anything else?

the only thing that disappointed me was my 20wk scan, you can buy pictures (2 for £4) so i bought £8 worth but every picture is exactly the same 1 just printed off 4 times!! i have scans of my other 2 children and each picture was different, so im very upset about this as it is not som4ething i can do again :-(

We are sorry that the lady is disappointed; there is clearly a communication issue and we will relay the comments on to the department concerned.
