My Husband was attended by a team who were friendly, and made him feel relaxed and comfortable. The procedure was explained in full to him prior to signing the consent form. He therefore was not too concerned or scared. The whole team made sure he was comfortable before and after the procedure. He cannot praise them enough. The ward was spotless as was the hospital. At the end of the procedure he was asked to wait for a while, after which he was given his report and asked to see his GP. He took his report to the GP to find that it had already been faxed to him.
