"Cancelled appointment"

About: New Cross Hospital

Arrived at New Cross yesterday for an appointment, I had to be there for 7 am as I was having a minor procedure, myself, my husband and our three year old daughter were up at 5 am to make sure we were on time.

Arrived at 6.50 am only to be told the appointment had been cancelled! I had no letter or phone call to say the appointment had been cancelled!

Very annoyed! had got my daughter up early for nothing, not too mention I was not looking forward to the procedure in the first place, my nerves were already on edge. A very helpful ward manger dealt with situation explaining that the administration staff had basically messed up. Not good enough!
