About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

Having read not-too favourable reports, I was dreading going for my scan this morning.

However, I was more than pleasantly surprised.

All the staff I had contact with, from the receptionist, cleaner to the medical staff had such a wonderfully welcoming friendly way, and that made the procedure a lot less intimidating,

Just proves what I've always thought - how wonderful NHS staff are,
