You dealt with my daughter in such a fantastic manner, you were all so helpful and considerate. She was frightened and everyone from porters to the doctor all tried to reassure her. A huge thank you, you all do a fantastic job please never change! We are at our most vulnerable at these moments we visit you and you don't get the thanks you deserve so once again thank you x
