2 weeks I trailed between Bingley and Keighley to be told they are booked up try the other. It is a drop in centre it should only take on drop in clients although once I finally got in I received a very good service.

Thank you for this feedback. Firstly, I am really pleased that once you did get seen you had a good experience within the service.

I am sorry you weren't able to be seen straight away in our Drop in Session. Sometimes when a session is very busy, based on the time we have available, we will try and suggest alternatives to people who we know will not be seen at that location. I understand this is very frustrating - at our Central Hub at Hillside Bridge we are not limited by time and can see all patients that visit.

Once again I am sorry you had a disappointing experience, we are always reviewing what we do and value feedback such as yours.
