"5 hour wait!"

My Gp sent a referral to the eye emergency due to problems with my left eye. The doctor told me to come here next day between 2 and 4.I got here at 2,they could not find my referral,the gp sent it again they still cant find it...The staff are rude and very unhelpful.I have been here for Almost 5 Hours and I still have not been seen by a doctor! All I get is we don't no.I have never had such terrible service!!
