"Keep cancelling my appointments"

I am writing to date to say when I was in I icu the staff were wonderful for the 5weeks I was on the ward same goes when I was moved to migiay ward really good care but due to problems after being in icu for such a long time the consultant from icu wanted to see me 6weeks after didchargeihave had 3 appointments sent out and each time they have been cancelled due to this my problem has got worst who can I concect to make sure I get to see the appointment
