"Absolutely awful experience !"

I have done some blood tests there before my operation. The receptionist first of all mislead me with all information regarding referral letter and price!

Must have come twice - once in Friday and have been sent home second on Saturday. They took my blood telling me the results would be ready in 2/3 days- week and a half later I got an invoice for £700 ( at the desk they told me would be around £300) and still my hospital got no blood test results.... Called to complain - they said I would be getting them delivered to my home next day ( apparently their policy is that no results can be delivered to private address, only doctors and hospitals) nothing showed up....called them again, the only respond I had was that they don't take responsibility for post delay ....disgusting, awful and horrible place and because of them I had to delay my operation. Would never ever go there again and will never recommend them to anyone.
