Absolute joke.

The staff are terrible they stand around talking about personal stuff all day they have horrible attitudes the treatment is appalling they can never make a decision always have to ring other hospitals.

One member of staff was very helpful actually done work very polite and even got annoyed with the other staff as they were doing everything if it wasn't for this member of staff we would of walked out and went to Cramlington instead ill never go back there again.
