It is with great pleasure that I can write to your department with praise to the staff for their dedication, friendliness, hardworking and attention to the requirements of your patients following my knee replacement surgery. I cannot fault my short stay in Redlands Ward or the attention given to me.

The food was above expectation and the variety offered was excellent.

I hope the standard of patient care I received is maintained in the future as it made my stay most pleasurable after major surgery..

My dedicated nurse was always helpful and caring but then all the staff were.
