"Excellent care"

Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and front-line clinical staff for excellent care in the short stay surgery unit; despite being very busy they were all approachable, reassuring and professional. The facilities for patients are very good and were clean and well kept. It's just a shame that the rooms where the clinical staff have to meet patients for pre-op assessments have not had has much forethought in their design as they were small and windowless- not so good for the staff who have to work in them.
