I was admitted to ward 35 on the fourth of June after being in theatre having a total knee replacement. I found the admission process a calming one ( I was more than anxious). All the staff on ward 35 were so kind, professional and helpful. The whole experience was a thousand miles away from the previous knee replace in 2009 where the staff varied from kind to very rude and many shouldn't have been nurses as they didn't behave like nurses. All the help I needed to have was given by helpful staff. Nothing was to much trouble, even plugging in my mobile phone to charge it up for me. Ten out of ten ward 35 you were all wonderful.
"A very excellent experience"
