A few weeks ago I attended Accident and Emergency at NTGH and was treated extremely well after only an hours wait, although saw Triage nurse promptly re. a knee problem. X rays and very efficient attention after back in A nd E by staff. Saw my own GP for follow up and he after reading report arranged appointment and scan at hospital for yesterday. I was seen exactly on time, the nurse who greeted me was friendly and very efficient. The 2 male radiographers performing the scan couldn't have been more professional and made my visit very relaxed.
