I can not speak highly enough of the staff on Pemberton ward .My husband was admitted to the ward on Friday 22nd of Jan When we were told that he was dying. We are a big close family and we took it in turns to be by his bedside. There were never less than 4 of us at any point and we were found beds and the service we all received was second to none .On behalf of all the family ,
I would like to give heartfelt thanks to every one, nursing staff, doctors, cleaning staff, Chaplain and end of life team who supported us though the worst days of our lives. We were fed and watered and there was never a complaint from anyone about us taking over the room. We will never forget you all and will be forever grateful for the dignified way in which you dealt with every situation. My husband died peacefully on Monday 25th and we were looked after even afterwards. Thank you all again from the heart. Edith Ostrowski and family
