I was treated with great efficiency by a doctor, who despite experiencing a very busy day dealt with my problem with consideration, respect and obvious expertise. This doctor was extremely good at imparting very helpful information before, during and after the procedure. Their calm and gentle manner was reassuring throughout. My partner and I would like to thank them for their very professional care.
