"So grateful!"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I was treated at Queens following a complication after a hysterectomy.

I stayed on cornflower b and had first class care. From the consultants, doctors, nurses including the wonderful student nurses , to the radiology department and health care assistants, I can't thank enough. My dignity was respected , which believe me could have been tough at times!

I never felt like anything was any bother even when I felt embarrassed at certain times. I thank the staff at Queens for nursing me back to health.

Please pass my thanks to radiology and cornflower b. I'm so grateful!

I am so pleased to hear of the first class care you received at Queen’s hospital at what was a very tough time for you. I am pleased your dignity was respected and am glad the staff made you feel like nothing was a bother for them. I appreciate you taking the time to leave your comment and I will pass this onto the divisional nurse for these departments so she can share this with her staff.

Yours Sincerely

Kathryn Halford

Chief Nurse
