Just had my first Colonoscopy aged 38, i work in the NHS myself so know the demands that are put on staff. Clinic today was running late but I was informed on arrival to the Endoscopy department and staff updated me throughout. Once I was taken for my scope the whole team was wonderful everything was explained fully, and I was treated with great respect and dignity. Although the procedure was a little uncomfortable the staff made me feel more comfortable and reassured me throughout the procedure. What a fantastic team, Gold Standard treatment well done all of you.
