"Waiting since october 2015 and dr missed to..."

was refereed to this hospital in October after 2-3 moths i contacted referral team and they said they sent my referral to this hospital but haven't received anything. Then they had to send my referral 2nd time . Anyway I visited the consultant on 18th of March 2016 at Charring cross hospital. the consultant said that i need to take another MRI. It is more than 3 months now and haven't heard anything about my MRI appointment. Also the consultant hasn't sent us (me and my gp ) a letter report after my first appointment where they could explain my condition. I called charring cross last Friday and they said it is sent to my gp. when i called my gp they said they haven't received any letter from charring cross hospital. I also contacted imaging department to chase up my MRI appointment last Monday and the answer shocked me. They said they haven't received any referral for me by doctor. Really shame ...
