I visited the Beynon centre for a bowel scope,and from the minute I walked into reception to leaving after the procedure I was dealt with utmost care,and professionalism by all the staff I encountered.
Feeling quite nervous about the procedure,I was made so comfortable by the 3 staff members who carried it out.
