"A visit to A&E today"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

I visited A&E today due to a knee problem I have. I didn't wait long to be seen and it was pretty full. All the others there waiting also seemed to be seen quickly too.

Huge thanks to everyone who attended to me from reception staff, the nurses and especially the very kind and patient doctor.

Poor thing dealt with me being a bit grizzly, the doctor was very kind and put me at my ease.

Thank you all for the first class job you do. I cannot fault you one bit.

Dear Michelle,

thank you for taking go the trouble to give us this kind feedback. I am so pleased to hear you were seen quickly and also with kindness. It is always stressful having to come to a busy hospital.

I do hope you are feeling better now.

Best regards

Sally
