"NOT SATISFIED NURSE WHO LOOKED MY BABY"

About: The Skelmersdale Walk in Centre

I came to walk in centre as my baby got cold and cough with having running nose.

Reception is very good and polite but I need to wait more than 2 hours.

At the end, I requested to reception to arrange bit earlier as I have to pick up daughter from school.

They did.

Nurse who examined my baby, first they asked what happened to her.

I explained everything to the nurse .And also moved to skelmerdale recently.

The nurse asked me question how is social worker, who is gp and why she takes medicine etc..... Some question is not relevant to my baby and the nurse want me to explain what is the medicine for?

I was very upset and the nurse could not or seen baby illness by physical apperance.

Atlast, the nurse examined and said nothing is wrong with her.

Give plenty of fluid and paracetomol..... I spent nearly 2 and half hours to get advice from them...

My baby really have cough and running nose.....

Simply answer nothing wrong??

Please if it is possible to see gp rather to see nurse...
