I went in for day-surgery and things didn't go as planned so I ended up on De La Mare ward for a couple of days.
I was there in May 2014 and it was excellent then. Nothing has changed!
I would have appreciated more info on what had gone awry with my procedure, but I guess everyone was busy and they'll tell me in follow-up clinic. The ward registrar was good and took into account my concerns, altering my care plan to help sort things out.
All the staff were really nice and caring. I wish I could name a few but reviews don't let you.
