"Poor patient care"

About: Calderdale Royal Hospital

(as a relative),

My sister is in Calderdale on Medical Assessment Unit, which she has been on since weekend. We have been told she is on end of life pathway. The staff have no plan of care she and my niece would like her to either go home to die or go to hospice. The staff that we've come into contact with are dismissive and I am gutted that at such a sad time that such poor care and lack of compassion to us and my sister.

What's good? My niece has been allowed to stay with her mum.
