I had an outpatient appointment with my mother.

From start to finish we received excellent service - the staff not only dealing with us but also those around and about were welcoming, smiling and made lots of eye contact.

After attending many appointments at Worcester hospital this experience was so much better - not even comparable.

The consultant and team were also extremely friendly, listened respectfully to my 85 year old mother and explained everything to her clearly and in very simple straightforward terms.

We have come away reassured after having had a totally positive visit.
