"Outstanding Service"

I have visited the accident and emergency department of City Hospital yesterday with my mom, who accidentally burnt her finger while melting sugar for a cake. The skin had completely rolled down, so only half of her finger had any skin left on it. As we registered with the receptionist, they had a look at the finger and made a call to someone to highlight that it was a sugar burn then told us to take a seat. We were called in, in less than 5 minutes to the nurse, and less than 5 minutes later, were receiving treatment. Inside, we were seen by a super friendly member of staff, who also consulted with a colleague and the 'burns department' to ensure their opinion was the correct one. The level of care and friendliness and speed is simply outstanding. This is the second time I had received such great service, I left the hospital with a smile. I am so proud to live in a country where the healthcare is of such high quality and provided through an outstanding healthcare system.
