Had an open hernia repair on the 14th of June. Would like to thank all staff in the elective treatment centre for a fantastic experience at the MRI. Waiting time was around 2 months from the date I was diagnosed by my Gp - an excellent service. Surgery was a success and I now fully on the road to recovery all thanks to the hard work of the staff that looked after me. I was treated at all times with dignity, care and respect. Attended a few appointments here prior to the actual operation and parking is easy, correspondence is quick and efficient and all staff I encountered where friendly and helpful. Only constructive feedback I could provide was that I did not receive much advice about caring for the wound after surgery, perhaps I missed a leaflet somewhere. Overall, a great experience I have every faith in the hospital should I ever need to return.
