"poor communication"

About: New Cross Hospital

I had reason to bring a senior citizen for ultrasound this morning. Was totally confused by all these bay zones as were other patients and visitors. however the most confusing issue is how are people visiting a hospital expected to know how long they will be there by the token of sequences the area is a hospital and the unexpected can cause delays.

Another more important issue is the fact that the information sent out with the appointment time was the fact that one needs the correct change to pay for the parking. We managed between the two of us to scratch enough to pay but other visitors had to go to Smiths to make a purchase to get change.

Beware if you are attending New Cross you need loose change for parking..
