About: Royal Shrewsbury Hospital

I was a patient in your hospital for 4 weeks.

During that time, I found the staff to be kind and compassionate.

They always took the time to answer any questions myself or my family had, always explaining clearly, despite being busy!

The communication between each of the Consultants responsible for my care was excellent.

They held regular update meetings with myself and my family.

Again, clearly explaining my condition, taking the time to listen to us and answering our questions/worries. We didn't feel at all rushed.

We felt that they did everything they possibly could to help me.

You can't ask for more than that!

We cannot fault anything about The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital!

Even the Parking facilities are excellent!

The Car Park Attendants are very kind and helpful.

This all goes towards creating a kind and compassionate experience for relatives when they feel at their most vulnerable!

We were not ripped off by very expensive parking fees, like most hospitals in the West Midlands (they make you feel they are taking advantage of you).
