"I was so impressed by the care shown in Ardam..."

My son recently spent three weeks on Ardam ward in the Oasis building. I was so worried about the sort of care he would receive on a mental health ward. The standard of care that was shown to him was of an extremely high standard. All the staff were so professional, caring, compassionate, friendly and always absolutely respectful to every patient on the ward. I could see that the staff were very dedicated in their work, which at times was under very difficult and challenging situations. Ardam ward is definitely the best example of a first class ward that I have seen in a NHS hospital for a long, long time.
