"Short stay unit"

Would give you 10 stars if I could! I came yesterday for surgery. I was very nervous and apprehensive about my stay as have never been under a general anesthesia before. The staff were absolutely fantastic, the nurse's looking after me, doctors, anesthetist, surgeon and all the trainees are a credit to the team at this hospital. I was very anxious about my dignity due to the nature of my problem/prep for the surgery, but everyone whom delt with me made the experience (although not a pleasant procedure!) a respectable and dignified one. I was kept up to date at all times and never felt in the dark about any of the decisions or information given to me. I could see that the staff on shift between 12pm-9pm (30/06/16) we're working together beautifully. I'd like to thank them very much for making my stay so comfortable and welcoming, your all a credit. Thankyou!
