"Shocking treatment from the rudest most..."

I had the misfortune of frequenting this hospital two weeks ago when i accompanied my daughter to have her baby. So glad the first midwife was in and out as their comment regarding my imminent Grandsons name was jaw dropping, they actually swore when they asked my daughter where she got the name from. How rude and unprofessional, i have to say during a not so pleasant labour, two particular midwifes were outstanding, and this review does not include them in any way. Following delivery my daughter was not offered so much as a glass of water! Two hours later still sat in her own labour mess and blood i decided to help her shower, neglect at its best, the new baby was a taken to SCBU, nobody came to update my daughter or show her where her son was, the staff on SCBU were rude, broke patient confidentiality when they discussed very private matters in front of all the other parents and visitors, they managed to lose my grandsons brand new clothes by sending them to laundry, despite the sign stating they were not NHS clothes, nobody seemed interested in finding them, i could go on forever but in a nutshell, i am horrified by the staff, official complaint is being raised
