"Follow up from CAMHS Cornwall shame on you 21..."

About: Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

It is now 1 week on from posting my last review. And no contact or comment has been made regarding anything and our family is in melt down. I am considering leaving my two children and husband and no one seems to care - no comments, no offers of help, no support and not even a cursory hang in there, things will get better and soon we'll be in touch to help.

I feel as though there're waiting for either a suicide, a suicide attempt or an allegation of abuse (awful as that sounds, it'd probably get them going).

If you're on the waiting list for CAMHS, don't wait, it might just turn out too late for that. Bully your GP, call emergency services, anything to get your voice and cry for help heard.

We are very sorry to hear about the long waits you have experienced to get help with your son. Please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service on 01208 834620 or by email to cpn-tr.paslcft@nhs.net with the details you have provided here and in your earlier post.
