I need to see GP quickly not sure if my arm was a problem. Contacted receptionist but I had problem with telephone (partner help but that not good) Duty doctor contacted me told me to come in (thank you) looked at problem and reassured me not to worry but had tennis elbow issue and main doctor doing steroid injection away on long holiday. He kindly stepped in to do it for me on later on. Thank you! Receptionist now stand up and give me eye and face contact to communicate - that is much better thank you.... I rarely praise but I left feeling valued and respected. Thank you Practice Manager for acting on feedback. Hope you can get deaf access sorted for your PPG meetings. They had team meeting about deaf awareness but wish it is with us and not without us. Hope they got it right in their "debate" *smiling? *
