"Excellent phlebotomist"

About: Croydon University Hospital

I attended today for a blood test, I waited about 5 minutes, I was seen by a friendly polite member of staff who was very reassuring and it was the best experience I have had when i've needed to give a blood sample. I did not feel a thing, and I was quite anxious prior to this. Thank you for your care and kind attention.
