Today I had to visit this casualty department with my young son. Despite an initial delay at the first triage section which was purely down to the volume of people there, I cannot speak more highly of the health professionals we were met with. All of them addressed my son with such a warmth, it made him and myself feel so reassured.
They made a difficult situation so much easier. I am very thankful to all of them.
