"Help - Bankers hours"

About: Royal Surrey County Hospital Royal Surrey County Hospital Guildford GU2 7XX

I have tried to obtain information advise out of hours with no avail. Not only from the RSCH also from GP & 111, no help available at all .A sorry state of affairs when the only time I can obtain help is from 09.00/17.00 hrs Monday to Friday.
