"Maple suite"

I feel the way I am treated on this ward every time I come here is very disrespectful. None of the staff make any effort to get to know me. I am here between 2-4 times a year. It used to be a second home to me and now it's harder than it should be.

I feel like my health has taken a nose dive since being on this ward due to the lack of care and attention given to me.

None of the nurses know my care and this has a knock on effect of my experience whilst here.

There is nothing on this ward to make me feel at home including a place to make a cup of tea or to store extra food when needed.
