Over the past few months I have had numerous appointments with the Eye Clinic at Hull Royal.

I was diagnosed with Keratoconus earlier this year and the support and advice I have received has been extraordinary. I've been fitted with RGP lenses which have changed my life. I'm still getting used to them and they occasionally cause pain and headaches but the clinic can be contacted via telephone for advice and helpful tips. My vision with the contacts is a vast improvement and has helped me to see (no pun intended) how bad my sight had been getting before these without me knowing.

I was scared at first but the nurses and Doctor explained my condition to me and have helped me through this every step of the way.

Hull Royal and the Eye Clinic are worth their weight in Gold a thousand times over.
