"Constant dental problems"

About: Boston Urgent Treatment Centre / Out of hours service

(as the patient),

Right where do I start?

I have been having bad issues with dental pain for the past 7 months now constantly and the dentist seem to be doing nothing I am constantly in pain and taking strong painkillers as well as trying to be a mother to my 15 month old daughter, I have been back and forward to the dentist in my area over the past few months and recent weeks gone by with 2 infections in one 1 month having to have 2 lots of antibiotics in one month witch isn't healthy in my eyes, so I then began unable to cope with the pain so I have 111 a call to see if they could help me due to being worried about my health with taking al sorts of strong painkillers for 7 months every day every 4 hours I am taking these! To then be told by 111 that they couldn't do anything about my dental pain but would like me to be seen by a doctor in my nearest urgent care department witch was pilgrim Boston hospital, so I went to the urgent care department in Boston, after waiting for 4 hours in the waiting area I was finally called through to then be spoken to very rudely by the staff, by saying she wasn't a dentist and there wasn't any dentists there to help me and she was going to treat me in anyway for my teeth, to then have to wait another 2-3 hours for blood test result to then being sent home in agony I am very disappointed in the service that was given to me by the hospital and definitely wouldn't recommend to any of my family members or close friends or in fact anyone.
