Having had problems with getting treatment with another health authority . It came as a fantastic surprise the day i turned up for my initial consultation for my CABG operation and was put at ease and my confidence restored on my first contact with staff at this hospital. All the staff were absolutely fantastic ,my stay was made as comfortable as possible,treatment was great ,staff were brilliant, food was good. From the experience that i had with the other health authority the experience i had at New Cross was like having private health care. The staff at this hospital are caring ,helpful ,professional and very good at their jobs and i would certainly recommend to anyone treatment here.
