"Very disappointed"

About: Croydon University Hospital

On the 8th June 2016 I had appointment with the gynaecologist which I was waiting for six months when I reach their I was late for ten minutes the receptionist spoke to the nurses but they refused to see me because I was late for ten minutes the receptionist apologies and said they will book another appointment for me while I was waiting the receptionist to book me another appointment a lady come she was also late like me her appointment was 16.15 but she come 16.25 and guess what they see her I asked the receptionist why they refused to see me as I was also ten minutes late like her and they will see her and she said I am sorry I know it's unfair to you but I will call you as soon as someone cancels their appointment I felt like discrimination they don't deal with the patients equal and fair
