On16 june 2016,i supported my sister ( who has complex needs), she needed a hysterectomy, but due to her mental capacity,an in depth care plan had to be written, to enable her stay in hospital to run as smoothly as possible.
The Consultant in charge was so caring, they listened to our concerns, gave clear information,and was extremely professional.
The team worked brilliantly, which resulted in as little stress as possible for my sister, i will be forever grateful to them.
