18 MONTHS after being alerted to the glaring deficiency of a departmental map on their website and as far as I can tell RLI have not done a single thing to remedy the situation. 18 months ago their response was to provide directions to the single department mentioned by the patient. This is not a difficult task so it is immensely frustrating that RLI still thinks it is a better use of their resources to get people to phone up for directions.
