What I liked

This was my first experience of hospitals in any form,and if we are to believe the media I felt my anxieties would probably be justified.Not a bit, the consultant and their exellent team worked wonders,The hardworking,professional and extremely helpful staff in ward 34 could not have done more to make my experience a pleasant one

What could be improved
