From the time I arrived in the ward I was treated with kindness and respect.
Everything was explained to me clearly and my nervousness about having a procedure was eased enormously.
I received such good care and I felt it was the best I had received.
My experience was A1 from start to finish.
I also received excellent care in A&E prior to being taken to the ward.
