Only complaint: was sent home with the thing left in my arm into which a drip would have been inserted had I needed one
The omelette was not good (pre-cooked, so could not be good)
A changeover meeting, or similar, took place in the entrance to the ward (very adjacent to my bed)
No drink or anything provided from the time I entered ward (say, 6.00pm) until breakfast
The person, not a member of the medical staff, I think, who wanted me to fill in the review card there and then was bit sniffy when I said I wanted to think about it and would do it on-line.
Seems like quite a lot of complaints, but they are meant constructively, and i was very satisfied.
