(as the patient),

I would like to thank all the staff at the mermaid centre for there kind support being treated with dignity and kindness in a very professional manner this started has soon has I arrived until I left the department. I was one of the fortunate ones but I felt that if I needed further treatment I would have felt very comfortable there and at ease.
